Weekly Goals 26 June - 30 June


I think I need some regiment in my life. 




Though I am eating a vegan diet, I feel like I haven't been extremely healthy with my choices and I haven't been exercising much. This week I think I am going to eat shakes/smoothies only and increase my workouts more. 

In addition to this, there is a lot of things that I need to work on so I will incorporate this in a stricter schedule this week. I will be blogging every day about my progress. 


Goals:



- Wake up Early/Consistently ~ (8:00am)


- Have healthy breakfast, begin workout ~ (8:00am - 10:00am)


- Work on personal things: ~ Graduate Applications, Composition, anything business related ~ (10:00am - 12:00pm) 



~ Lunch ~ (12:00pm)



- Sun Time ~ (1:00pm-1:30pm)



~ Relaxation ~



- Languages ~ (3:00pm - 5:00pm)



~ Dinner ~ (5:00pm)



* Possible Evening Exercise
